- About: Hello, my name is Xi. I am from Beijing, China. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English from China Foreign Affairs University. I have been living in Los Angeles for a couple of years now. Prior to coming to this country, I worked as an administrator for an English training company for about five years. I am currently working on my Mathematical Economics degree here in the U.S. I volunteer for my neighborhood church and actively participate in my community’s activities. I have enjoyed working at Strommen as a Mandarin teacher for the past few years. I am excited about teaching Mandarin along with Chinese culture during my sessions.
