Refunds:
There are no refunds on Black Friday packages, and packages are non transferable.
Current Students and Amount of Hours:
If you are a current student and your tutor has higher rates than $39 hourly for the 20-hour package, you will still benefit from the black friday savings, however, you may have fewer hours than the estimate provided. If you want to learn a less common language at a higher rate or have in-person classes you may also end up with fewer hours.
Expiration:
All packages expire. This is because students need to take regular classes to advance and our tutors will accept a lower rate if students take more hours consistently. The packages above give you ample time to complete if you are taking weekly classes with plenty of time for breaks. You have 3 years to use the ultimate proficiency package, and 2 years to use the advanced and intermediate proficiency packages, and 1 year to use all other packages.
Guarantee:
Learning expectations are based on ILR and CEFR estimates and require students to take regular classes and complete work outside of class, there is no guarantee implied. However, we typically see the results mentioned with most students that commit and take the process seriously.
Total Package Savings:
Total package savings tells you how much you are saving with a package vs. paying as you go plus the black Friday discount. Total savings is also calculated on the $39 hourly rate ($400 in savings for each 20-hour package), and total package savings may be less if your instructor’s rate is higher because you have less 20 hour packages. We have instructors for most languages at the $39 hourly rate, but if not packages can be adjusted but keep the black Friday discount.
Amount of Hours:
Amount of hours may vary depending on the rate of your tutor, and as shown are calculated at our average $39 20-hour package rate. If your current instructor has a higher rate, or your requested instructor has a higher rate we can apply the hours with the Black Friday discount, but you will have less than the estimate shown. If you want in home, in person or multiple students in the session, the rates will also be higher and there will be less hours available.
