Hello! My name is Ulka Mohanty and my teaching specialty is Mathematics, ranging from Algebra I & II, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus, Linear Algebra and more. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a minor in Cognitive Science from McGill University with a focus in Mathematics, Logic and Linguistics. I also happen to be fluent in French.
I like to provide my students with methodical and innovative ways to approach problem solving and help build a solid foundation for understanding mathematical principles. Math is a subject I find fun, elegant and exciting; it is one of my favorite subjects to teach and I try to impart this same passion in my instruction.
