¡Hola! My name is Zulivet and I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, otherwise known as the Island of Enchantment. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a BA in Audiovisual Communications and a Minor in Theatre. I lived in Los Angeles from 2007 to 2015, and then moved to New York. One of the things I love the most about both cities is that almost everywhere I go there's someone who either speaks or understands Spanish.
Because Hispanic culture is so rich and diverse, there's always something new to learn and discover! The best part about teaching Spanish is that it gives me the opportunity to take my students on that journey of discovery!

Gurabo is my hometown. What I love about it is that is a small town where most people know each other.
