What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?
My favorite dish from my hometown is couscous. It is a traditional Moroccan dish made with steamed semolina, vegetables, and meat. It is usually prepared on Fridays and during family gatherings. Although I still live in Morocco, many local restaurants serve it, and it remains one of the most popular dishes in the country.
