What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?
Waakye with Ghanaian salad, noodles, eggs, sausage, shito and stew. Unfortunately there isn’t any restaurant that serves it in the Czech Republic.

What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?
I enjoy traveling, baking, scrapbooking, photography, and dancing among others.

Mpraeso-Kwahu, I love it because of its location, celebrations and the memories tied to it.
