I teach young children (3 to 6) the teaching approach is very playful and interactive in any subject we teach. The use of songs is important, especially for language acquisition (luckily, I love to sing :) ); pretend play is also very efficient for both academics and language skills, and with a theater background, I love to help the children develop their identity while learning.
With a dance background as well, I can also organize gross motor development sessions, mixing yoga for kids, dance, and soft gymnastic moves.
Finally, the use of arts and crafts is, of course, another awesome way to develop fine motor skills and awaken children's creativity. This allows to teach academics while developing physically and having fun.
