I’m Ricky, a New Zealand–born English coach with more than 20 years of experience helping adult learners communicate clearly and confidently in professional and international environments. I specialise in Business English, workplace communication, job interviews, presentations, meetings, pronunciation, and English for technology and IT professionals. I have taught learners from many different countries and professional backgrounds, including software developers, engineers, managers, sales professionals, and job seekers.

My lessons are practical, personalised, and learner [needs, goals, interests], and conversation-focused. I help students use English in real situations, such as explaining their work, participating in meetings, answering interview questions, writing professional messages, and communicating with international colleagues.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and direct. I believe that clear English is more important than perfect English. My goal is to help you feel relaxed, become more independent, speak with greater confidence, and move towards your personal or professional goals.
