What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?
My favorite dish is steak with mashed potatoes. I love meat. Argentina is famous for its beef.

I also speak and understand Japanese

What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?
I love history. I like to read about important people in history. I also like to read about other countries history. I really enjoy cooking very much. I am very creative and I spend a lot of time planning what I am going to eat. I mean, I find new recipes all the time and use them.

FANTÁSTICO, because it is a positive word. We use it to say Yes in a casual way.

What do you consider your hometown? Why do you love it?
My hometown is Lincoln in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I love it because here everybody knows each other. You can walk anywhere in town and there will always be someone who will say Hi Nancy!!! We are very friendly, warm, polite and welcoming.
