My favorite dish is steak with mashed potatoes. I love meat. Argentina is famous for its beef.

I also speak and understand Japanese

What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?
I love history. I like to read about important people in history. I also like to read about other countries history. I really enjoy cooking very much. I am very creative and I spend a lot of time planning what I am going to eat. I mean, I find new recipes all the time and use them.
