My name is Isabella Regina Beatrice Orfanò and I am a qualified Italian language teacher with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have developed the expertise necessary to successfully teach students from diverse cultural backgrounds, with varying learning goals and different cognitive styles. I am highly proficient in tailoring my approach to meet individual learning needs and am equally comfortable delivering lessons in both in-person and remote settings.
In my opinion teaching means leading my students along their learning journey. As their mentor, I am beside them to explain how to navigate the most difficult stretches of the road and to support their motivation. I am beside them when they fall so that they can stand up and continue more determined than before. I am beside them when they are tired and would like to give up to boost their willpower. I am beside them to show a shortcut, where possible, to facilitate their way. I am beside them to celebrate when they arrive at their final destination to prove that we can achieve anything if we have the will to do it.

A little about me: my favourite dish is "parmigiana di melanzane" (made with aubergines, cheese, and tomatoes), and my favourite word in Italian is "futuro" because it implies a new opportunity.
