What is your favorite word in your language and why?
"Afortunadamente," meaning "fortunately." With seven syllables it sounds like a small little song.

What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?
Pizza! Always a classic, and you can find it everywhere fortunately (afortunadamente) ;-).

Besides the languages you teach, do you speak or study any other languages?
Hebrew, Italian, German and Romanian.

What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?
I enjoy traveling, running, yoga, soccer, cooking and learning languages.

Newton, Massachusetts. Located in Metro Boston, it has access to both the city and tranquil nature.
