  • What is your favorite word in your language and why?

    My favourite word in Ukrainian is "кохаю", which means strong feeling of love. It is one of unique words.

  • What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?

    My favourite dish is borsh. It is kind of soup. It is traditional ukrainian food. I think it is one of the most popular ukrainian dishes, so we could find it at the most of the big cities all over the world.

  • Besides the languages you teach, do you speak or study any other languages?

    I also speak Russian language, and know German language a little bit.

  • What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?

    I love fishing. It is very pleasant to me to wake up early and go to the river. Also I like playing basketball and jogging. Sometimes I play computer games.

  • What do you consider your hometown? Why do you love it?

    My hometown brought me some good emotions and memories from my childhood. It has it's beautiful views and some old-style architecture. I love to have a walk at the city centre.
