Bonjour , I am Stephanie and I was born in the beautiful and warm "ville rose"(pink city) of Toulouse! I graduated in Foreign Languages and International Business and in French litterature and philosophy. I studied Latin for 5 years and it helped me to learn the roots of my native language but also to develop my passion in linguistics and languages. I started teaching French more than 20 years ago to individuals of all ages including children from 3 year old but also to corporations and companies like LVMH UK, Christian Dior Couture UK, Bankers Association (BBA) in London and in Los Angeles to many people working in the entertainment industry. I have taught French as a foreign language in London , Paris and Los Angeles. I love teaching French in a relaxed atmosphere with a fun and energetic approach and I will make the grammar as easy as possible for you to learn. I also speak German and a little bit of Japanese and Spanish. My favorite hobby is visual arts, music and eating food!

I am looking forward to teaching you how to think and speak as French people do very quickly! A bientot :)

  • What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?

    Le cassoulet. I have never tried in the US since most of the authentic ingredients are hard to find here : duck fat , Toulouse sausage .

    I did study Latin for 5 years , German for 8 years , Japanese for 3 years .

    Music , art , psychology , stand up comedy , nature walks and food

  • What do you consider your hometown? Why do you love it?

    Toulouse , considered as the most vibrant city in France : it’s beautiful it’s called the pink city because of its red bricks , there’s a big music and art scene and foodie scene too .
