  • What is your favorite word in your language and why?

    Радость (radost) which means joy. This is something we all need in our lives and studies.

  • What is your favorite dish from your hometown? If you no longer live there is there a good local restaurant that serves it?

    I am from Kamchatka, so a big fan of fish and red caviar.

  • Besides the languages you teach, do you speak or study any other languages?

    I have been studying Spanish for a year.

  • What are your interests outside of teaching at Strommen?

    Storytelling, comedy, singing, writing, dancing.

  • What do you consider your hometown? Why do you love it?

    Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski, a unique city located on a peninsula, with long and cold winters and the warmest people. I am still in touch with my friends from over there!
