  • What is your favorite word in your language and why?

My favorite word in French is "douceur" because it carries a sense of calm, kindness, and gentleness that reflects how I approach both teaching and parenting. My favorite dish from my hometown is couscous with vegetables and lamb—it’s comforting, flavorful, and deeply tied to family traditions. Even though I no longer live there, I’ve found a small local restaurant that serves it just like home. Besides French and English, I’ve studied a bit of Spanish and I’m currently exploring Italian to better connect with diverse learners and cultures.
